Our Story

Our journey began in childhood where my cousin Nhu and I would catch crawfish in the rice fields. We’d load up our truck with the day’s haul and experiment in the kitchen, trying everything from lemon and orange leaves to garlic, butter, and various spices. It’s a memory that we truly cherish because it brought our families together.

When Nhu shared her dream of opening a seafood restaurant, I was eager to join her. Despite initial challenges blending Louisiana and Vietnamese flavors, we kept going. Our menu now reflects a fusion of Cajun and Vietnamese influences, featuring traditional boils alongside creative cocktails like mint-to-be-lychee and Saigon Limeade.

After five successful years in Gretna, Louisiana, we expanded to Kenner, offering a full-service dining experience immersed in Louisiana culture. From seafood gumbo to charbroiled oysters, our menu celebrates the culinary heritage of the Big Easy. Our seafood boils, featuring live lobster and Louisiana Crawfish, highlight our unique flavor profiles and heat levels.

Driven by our passion, we ventured to Dallas, Texas, bringing the spirit of New Orleans to new territories. Our journey continues, bringing family and friends together to share the love and flavors from the Big Ez.

"We heard about this spot from friends! Landed in NOLA and made a stop here before heading to the French Quarter! We ordered 4 lbs of the EZ blend mild crawfish! Very flavorful .It was great! We also ordered some crawfish étouffée & a dozen of raw oysters! The service was great as well and loved all the decor and art on the walls ! A must when you land in New Orleans!"
